The courtyard from the Temple of King Ramses III. Located on the right side of the first court (Ethiopian Court) of the precinct of Amun-Re at Karnak Temple Complex.
The pylon, flanked by two six meter high statues of the Pharaoh, leads to this courtyard surrounded by a portico of Osiris columns, showing ‘Ramses III’ in his Jubilee garments.
It is a typical example of architecture in the Ramesside period.
Beyond the courtyard is a vestibule also fronted by Osiris columns, leading into a small hypostyle hall which in turn leads into three chapels for the barques of Karnak 🏛️🇪🇬🌍
